Customer Contacts can be of either two types: an individual or a group.

 

Examples of an individual could be:

 

➢Project Manager

➢Sales Contact Point

➢Building Security Manager

➢Lead Engineer

 

Examples of a group type contact:

 

➢Tech Support

➢Security Firm for a building

➢Finance Group or a Business Department
