An Order can be associated with other IMS objects.
From the Order form's button bar:
▪select the Related Objects option followed by the Add Related Objects in the drop down list
This will open up Add Order Relate popup window
▪Select one or more of the many IMS objects made available
▪Click on the Save icon in the lower left corner of the popup window when finished
All related IMS objects will be contained in the Related Objects tab grouped in their own object sub tab in the Order/TT and Tasks details area, as seen in the next screen shot.
Removing Related Objects
From the required Order instance, navigate to the lower half of the window containing the Order Tabs and:
▪Select the Related Objects tab
▪Select the required object's sub-tab - in this example IP Ranges
▪Locate and select the check box in the row item to be removed - there could be many rows, and multiple rows can also be selected
▪Click on the red X icon as shown below
This will remove the selected item/s and refresh the GUI.
When there are no longer row items in the sub-tab, IMS will remove that sub-tab from the Related Objects group of tabs - in this example the IP Ranges sub-tab will no longer be visible |
