From the Search area in the User form:

The Search (pull-down) field is used to search for User names matching the entered string in the field or when clicking the pull-down icon and using the search fields at the top of each field column to refine your search
Alternatively the wild card percent symbol [%] can be used within the Search Text field as shown in the next screen shot.

In order for the wild card search option to work, a User Setting entry must be set up first as shown below |
Configuring the User search wild card option
From the IMS Main Menu:
▪Select System | Users | User Settings
This opens up the User Settings popup window
▪Filter for SEARCHTAB_OPTIONS_USER in the filter field under the Setting Name column header
▪In the Setting column field for that Setting Name row, double click and type in Users to activate this feature
▪Complete this task by clicking on the green tick icon, leftmost in the new settings row

Once the User has been located and selected, the User tab now contains several areas of information about that particular User as described below.

The User from contains various tabs of information. The following is a brief description of the User Form main areas:
