From the City form Actions Button Bar:
▪Click on the Create new option
The Create new City popup window appears
▪Fill in the required fields of information in particular the mandatory ones:
oName
oAbbreviation
oCountry
▪Click on the Save icon, in the lower left of the popup window, to finish
