oSteps to create a new Extrafield
Creating extra fields requires that an Extrafield Group instance is created first.
From the Extrafield Group Form:
▪In the Search Area, locate and select the required Extrafield Group instance
▪From the Extra Field Group Actions button bar select the New Extrafield option
This opens up the Add Extrafield popup window
▪Fill in the fields as required
