Add new sql check

Opens a popup window in which to create a new SQL check statement.

As of IMS4, the field called SqlCheckValueList has been deprecated and should not be used but rather use the field called SqlCheckGroupValue located in the Details panel.

Generate bulkloader template

Produces an Excel spreadsheet with all column fields and label ready for populating with network data. This can then be loaded into the IMS database using the Bulk Loader feature (System option)
