Name

The name for this Extrafield Group

Tablename

Name of the database table to which these extra fields must be added

FieldName

Name of the database table ID field - used for sql search.

AddToTab

The name of the IMS object tab to contain the this Extrafield Group

Caption

The label given to the Extrafield Group tab. If this field is left empty, then the tab name in the IMS object related to this extra field group will be named according to what is in the Name field

SqlCheck

(used in conjunction with SqlCheckGroupValue below)

The name of the SqlCheck relating to this Extrafield Group. This SqlCheck field content must work in conjunction with the field below it called SqlCheckGroupValue which provides the parameters on which to filter for the appropriate IMS object instances i.e., ISPEED – which would work in conjunction with the contents of the SqlCheckGroupValue field directly below of 10GBE.

SqlCheckGroupValue

(used in conjunction with SqlCheck above)

This field provides the filtering values (parameters) for the field directly above called SqlCheck i.e., 10GBE | 1GBE (pipe symbol used when more than one parameter is required)

Please note that an extra field group tab will only appear if the conditions relating to the SqlCheck and SqlCheckGroupValue have been met. In this example only circuits with 10GBE and 1GBE speeds will display this extra field group tab.

The above two fields are group level based (tab). There are other checks which are at individual field level, explained later on.

Check box to enable user to modify values in this Extrafield Group

SharedGroup

Check box to enable this Extrafield Group to be available for Order/TT only, specifically in Order Tasks as these are a subset of Orders.

AutoSave

Check box to enable this Extrafield Group to be automatically saved as modifications are made by the enduser

TabSequence

A number representing the order in which this Extrafield Group tab will appear amogst other Extrafield Group tabs in a given related IMS object
