Related Extra Fields tab
When more information is required to be logged for any task, it is possible to create appropriate data fields and assign them to that task. We refer to these as Related Extra Fields.
These can be seen in the lower horizontal pane when an Order Task is highlighted in the Order Tasks tab – see screenshot below.

Adding an Extra Field to an Order Task
From the OrderTypeForm Actions button bar:

Click on the Relate extra fields to task icon option, a popup window form appears – see screenshot below |

In the OrderTask field dropdown list, select the OrderTask that requires this new extra field |

In the ExtraField field dropdown list, select an existing extra field – option to create a new extra field by clicking on the New icon at the end of the field |

Select the Editable option if users are allowed to enter or modify values to this field |

Select the Mandatory option if users are required to enter a value in this field |

Click on the Save icon in the lower left of the popup window |
