This chapter describes the Order/TT module. The Order/TT module is also referred to as simply an Order.
The Order/TT module and its related functionality is accessed from the main menu bar.
The Order/TT module is where a set of business and/or technical processes come together as a workflow to achieve a service or a goal.
In IMS, different Order Types are created to represent the different processes or steps needed to achieve a successful target or goal.
Such targets could be:
oSet up new 1GBE data service
oSet up new 1GBE Audio/Visual service
oTerminate a 2MB leased line
oRoll out new 5G cells on an existing tower.
Each Order will be made up of a set of instructions or activities required to achieve the desired result.
