When this guide is used in conjunction with training then during this training you will be part of a "TEAM" and a number will be assigned to your team.
This allows every team to do their own exercises without conflicting with other trainees’ work.
Your team number will be assigned to you by your trainer from a pool of Team 1 through to Team 10.
It is important that you use your assigned team number during the entire training. This is to achieve a unique naming standard in your work which will facilitate in searching and finding your network items.
Example:
Let’s assume you are in Team 5 and your instruction is to “Create a new Site with the name AMSTERDAM00X.” Simply replace the red X with your team number. Your Site name will become AMSTERDAM005.
