When there is a need for uploading large amounts of data of the same kind (e.g. new connections,

connection routing, new equipment, etc.) then IMS staff can make use of the IMS Bulk Loader feature.

 

From a structured format Excel file, the data can be copied into the Bulk Loader form. IMS will then

import the data with the same business rules as when using the IMS GUI.
