Customer Contacts can be of either two types: an individual or a group.

 

Examples of an individual could be:

 

 Project Manager

 Sales Contact Point

 Building Security Manager

 Lead Engineer

 

Examples of a group type contact:

 

 Tech Support

 Security Firm for a building

 Finance Group or a Business Department
