Introduction
The planned work module in IMS has been created in order to offer users of IMS the ability to not only select an IMS object on which to establish some future work, but also determine other related IMS objects and customers that could be impacted by the planned work. In addition, advisory notifications, in the form of emails, can be sent out to both internal and external customers i.e., network engineers, departments, and paying customers.
