This section is about a setting for configuring user Web Inactivity Timeout
Configuring the Web Inactivity Timeout as follows:
From the IMS Main Menu:
▪Select System | Users | User Settings
This opens up the User Settings popup window
If the WEB_INACTIVITY_TIMEOUT setting does not exist yet, then click on the Create New symbol which is the leftmost icon (paper) in the User Settings column titles.
Fill in the details, by double clicking on each field, as described below. |
▪Filter for WEB_INACTIVITY_TIMEOUT in the filter field under the Setting Name column header
▪In the Setting column field for that Setting Name row, double click and type in the number of minutes required, to activate the User's web UI timeout - this is a numeric value
▪Complete this task by clicking on the green tick icon, leftmost in the new settings row
