Inform Customers form
The Inform Customers form contains 5 main panes of information

Search |
This area is for searching existing Planned Works and email templates. As stated in the section Inform Customers, it is necessary to select a Planned Work instance from the PlannedWork Name Dropdown field list as well as selecting an email template from the PWemailTemp dropdown list. Typical examples of templates are: ➢Start template planned work ➢Update planned work ➢End planned work |

The middle (2nd) search field offers two alternatives. For the purposes of instructions for Planned Work, the TroubleTicket option will not be covered in this section - please select PlannedWork. |

Details: Planned Work |
This section provides the essential Planned Work details including date and time related data |

Details: PwEmailSetup |
This section provides the essential Email template details to be used in informing customers for this particular Planned Work instance |

Body [Email] |
The email body section presents the email and information which will be sent to the selected customer.
To see email details in the Body tab, click on the middle tabs in the Impact Details area (lower horizontal pane). This will be reveal what is contained in the email template selected for this Planned Work instance. |

Impact Details |
This section contains various Tabs of information relating to the impact assessment. These Tabs are: ➢Customers ➢Customer and contact ➢Contact emailaddresses ➢Contact informed ➢All circuits
A fuller description of these tabs is given below. |

Language |
Language that should be used in the email to inform a particular contact - Languages available: English, French, German, Dutch - This setting is derived from the Language field in the IMS Contact object. |

Customer |
The name of the Customer - Derived from the Full Name field in the IMS Customer object |
