Order Form

The Order form is made up of four main component areas:

01orderForm

1

Search for an order either from a dropdown list or search text field

2

List of user’s work queues. Also showing list of assigned and unassigned tasks

3

Area containing order list and time planner information

Created by tab: contains a list of all oders created by this logged in user

My planned tasks agenda tab: overall order tasks planner schedule for this logged in user -

Logging tab: listing all actions carried out for orders created by this logged in user

My working hours agenda tab: a rolling schedule by time of day, only revealing order information from now and into the rest of the day

When the order form is first opened up and displayed and no order instance has been searched for, there are no Queue related tabs shown in the upper order pane (area 3). Once the queue instances are clicked on in the Queue section (area 2), then that queue’s related tabs will appear – see screenshots below for an example

4

Order main details area, also containing active tasks, complete list of tasks, related IMS objects, and optional reports items

Once a Queue instance is highlighted from the Queues list, then related tabs are displayed i.e.,

DEPARTMENT1 now reveals several associated tabs of information including:

All tasks in queue DEPARTMENT1 which reveals two further sub tabs

All open tasks in DEPARTMENT1 (91)

All closed tasks in DEPARTMENT1 (86)

The last tab called Last order loggings in … contains a log list of all the actions carried out for each order.
