Order Form Layout

 

The Order/TT form is made up of the following areas:

The Search area for locating existing Orders and relating an order to other orders

Queue related information for this User:

Queues tab with the following columns of information:

oInQueueCount: Total number of Order/TTs in the Queue/s

oOpenAssignedCount: Total number of Order/TTs in the Queue/s that are in an Open status and are Assigned

oOpenUnAssignedCount: Total number of Order/TTs in the Queue/s that are in an Open status but are not yet Assigned

My working hours tab with the following columns of information: Order name, User name, Start Date for the Order/TT, duration in hours and minutes, and any associated User defined comments about the Order/TT

Main Order/TT details area containing the following higher level of Order/TT information grouped by various tabs - see section below called Main Order/TT Tabular Information.

Order/TT and Tasks details area of the current opened order/TT - refer to the section below called Open Order/TT Details Area for more information.

 

 

Main Order/TT - Tabular Information Black-4  

 

The following section describes the various tabs of information in the Main Order/TT area.

 

oMy Tasks tab - containing the following sub tabs of information:

Created by tab: <User Name> and total count of Order/TTs in brackets, created by this User

My Planned tasks agenda tab: Provides a calendar view, which can be used to see planned tasks - typically a workflow planner would assign tasks to other User's calendars - See the section below called Adding Tasks to the Calendar below for more details.

Loggings tab: Record of actions the user performed on each task - usually linked to the type of logging performed i.e., Accepted, re-opened, auto dispatched by the system, closed, etc. This information is then divided into 2 further related sub tabs

oAll My Loggings tab: the complete list of all the User's task actions logged

oMy Assigned Order Loggings tab: the list of the User's task actions logged - by Order/TTs that were Assigned to them

My working hours agenda tab: contains a table of all the work orders that have been assigned to the User (summary). From this point, the User can click on the order name, in the table, and that order will be displayed in the lower quadrant window with all associated tasks for them to investigate. Useful columns of information in this table are: Start Date, Duration, and Comments. See the section below called Adding Tasks to the Calendar below for more details.

 

oAll tasks in queue <queue name> tab - containing 2 further tabs - these give very detailed information about every task (open or closed) in a tabular format

All open tasks in <queue name> - provides a list of all the open tasks for this queue

All closed tasks in <queue name> - provides a list of all the open tasks for this queue

 

oAll main orders in queue <queue name> tab - containing 2 further tabs - these give very detailed information about every order (open or closed) in a tabular format

All open main orders in <queue name> - provides a list of all the open orders for this queue

All closed main orders in <queue name> - provides a list of all the open orders for this queue

 

oLast order loggings in <queue name> tab - these give very detailed information about every order and its tasks with regards to their flow in time i.e.,  how an order/task goes from an Accept status to a Dispatched status or when a task was Assigned to another User or Yanked by a different User. It primarily is concerned with logging each order and task's flows status through the Oder/TT system. This can be seen in the following screen-shot's highlighted areas.

Order/TT Details Area Black-5

 

This detail area contains all related information about the open Order/TT and its tasks grouped in various tabs.

 

oDetails tab: Shows the details of the main Order/TT or its task/s

 

oActive tasks tab: Lists all the (current) active tasks of the main main Order/TT

 

oComplete Order tab: Lists all the Order/TT's tasks, regardless of their status

 

oWF Graphical tab: Provides a graphical workflow-like view of the Order/TT

 

oScheduled tab: List of all Order/TT tasks to be worked on by the User

 

oWorking Hours tab: List of all Order/TTs with information including Start Date and duration in hour:minute format

 

oLogging tab: List of log note messages, similar to the Loggings tab mentioned in the above section called Main Order/TT Tabular Information.

 

oRelated Objects tab: List of IMS objects related to this Order/TT

 

oGeo Map tab: Provides a geographical view of objects related to this order, provided that the objects contain geographical information (Latitude/Longitude).

 

oHistory tab: Lists the all actions related to this Order/TT including a time stamp, Description, and Details

 

 

Other Tabs become available when there are Extra Fields, and Related Orders involved.

 

<Customized Order tabs>:

 

IMS Admin users may create additional tab pages and fields, for specific order type tasks. Such tab pages may appear in the screen. These fields normally need to be filled in by the IMS user who is responsible for the task, before closing it.
